Getting Started

Invos is a focused invoice maker designed to be fast. Open the generator, enter your business and client details, and export your invoice in minutes. You can use the generator without sign-in, and add Google sign-in when you want account-linked records.

• Step 1: Enter your business name and details.
• Step 2: Add your client's information.
• Step 3: List the items or services you are billing for.
• Step 4: Add notes, terms, tax, discounts, or shipping if needed.
• Step 5: Click Download PDF.

Layout & Customization

The current invoice editor focuses on one clean workflow with inline editing. You can still customize important parts of the invoice:

• Upload your logo.
• Change theme color accents.
• Edit section headings and invoice number directly.
• Add/remove line items and custom columns.

This keeps the UI simple while still giving enough control for professional invoices.

Payment Details in Terms

You can save payment methods in Settings (IBAN, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer), then click Add Payment details in the invoice Terms block to insert them under Payment Methods.

Tax, discount, VAT, and shipping calculations are handled automatically in totals.

Saving, Sharing, and Records

If you are signed in, invoices and customer-related records are scoped to your account context. In local mode, draft data is stored in your browser.

You can also generate hosted invoice links from saved records and export professional PDF copies directly from the editor.
